The Journey Begin
1992 Manav Marketing Private limited was started in the 1992 by SK Mahadevan and was registered as a company in the registrar of companies.
We started selling Haas automation USA CNC products in India. Manav introduced the first batch of Haas machines to a customer in Bangalore, India
Marked as another memorable year, we partnered with MIKRON SA AGNO for distribution of their Linear & Rotary Transfer machines. During this phase, we were recognised as one of the best suppliers of imported machines in India by the local business owners.
First batch of Two Mikron Linear Transfer Machines supplied to two leading Auto components manufacturers from Chennai & Bangalore.
During this time, Manav marketing indulged into training and development of their employees. Trained our sales / Service Team at Haas Automation Inc USA & Mikron SA AGNO Switzerland.
7 Years into the business, we were well known as Haas machine suppliers in the South Indian region. In order to improvise our value offering we started working for Turn key solutions.
Successfully Executed Turn Key Project of Haas VF- 3 & Hass VF 5 for leading Valve manufacturers & Large Public Sector company.
Following this achievement another milestone was marked as we Received “Gold Club award” for Sales of Haas products over 7million USD. This was possible only on establishing great relations and trust from our customers and principles.
Known as “Year of recognition” as we Received Award from Haas Automation Inc for most improved Distributor in the World for the first time
Memorable milestone – 21st January 2006- “First Haas Factory outlet” was inaugurated in Bangalore by Justin Quan from Haas Automation USA.
As our customer base extended, so did Manav Marketing. This year was yet another sparkling milestone in our journey as we inaugurated our second HFO at Coimbatore on 17th November by John Roth – (Director Customer service Haas USA) along with Mr. V.V Deshmukh – Joint GM Larsen & Toubro. We also partnered with Fladder from Denmark for distribution of their deburring machines in the whole of India.
Once again Received Award from Haas Automation Inc for most improved Distributor in the World.
We also supplied Precision Air bearing Rotary tables manufactured by RPI UK to a major PSU. This was first of the kind rotary tables used for inspection. We partnered with Hexagon Metrology in the same year as a supplier of their inspection/measuring instruments.
Nearing the 20-year mark of Manav marketing, we expanded the team further more to cater service to other regions. We inaugurated Haas Factory Outlet – Chennai on 9th February, 2011 by Mr. John Roth (Director Customer service Haas USA) along with Mr. P Radhakrishnan – MD Appasamy Ocular Devices, Puducherry. This HFO is situated in the largest industrial hub of Chennai – SIDCO industrial area, Ambattur.
20 years in the industry we were already recognised as the most trusted supplier of imported Machine Tools in South India. A year of diverse sales performance as we increased Haas presence and supplied the second set of Precision rotary table from RPI UK.
As a supplement to strength the company, we inaugurated yet another Haas Factory outlet in Dharwad, Karnataka on 7th June by Robert Haas from Haas Automation USA along with Mr. Keith Machado – Joint MD Orione Hydraulics. We had reached a mark of four HFOS in the whole of South India.
Known as a year of automation for us, as we were able to execute a project which included a whole setup of Haas Machines with a Robot cell to a leading Automotive customer. Extending our product base, we partnered with Chmer based out of Taiwan as a distributor of Wirecut EDM across south India.
Mikron transfer machines is great way of automating your machining process and works to replace a battery of stand-alone 4 axis VMC’s. 2 Mikron transfer machines supplied to a customer near Chennai which proved to be a great solution for high accuracy high volume production. To enhance the service being provided, we started distributing double column machining by Kafo (Link the name to Kafo products in the product page) based out of Taiwan.
28 years in industry was well marked for Manav marketing as we moved into a bigger facility in Bangalore (Twice as big as the previous one). This facility increased our capacity for turn key solutions on the Haas machines with dedicated training centre facility.
Automation on ST-10, first Haas Auto Part Loader on ST-10 installed at renowned aerospace customer Hyderabad.
In order to cater solutions for large turning jobs for our customers, Manav partnered with Jagdeep Machines India specialized in manufacturing of VTL/VTM.
During our 30th year, Manav partnered with a multitasking machine tool manufacturer Nakamura-Tome for providing solution for complex part machining.
This year we expanded our tech offering as we partnered with Axile Machinery from Taiwan – High precision 5 axis machines and KIWA Japan – High speed and accuracy Horizontal Machining centers.
