Fladder GYRO- 200
A strong gear head with six cone spindles that can be utilized with a range of spindles.
While the entire gearhead is oscillating and rotating over the surface of the work piece, the spindles are in pairs and counter spinning.

Fladder 300/VS
The LADDER 300/VS is designed to finish workpieces vertically, i.e. on a conveyor. It is set up for automatic lines and is built to handle workpieces up to 1600 mm tall as standard. It may, however, be extended to handle workpieces up to 3500 mm tall.

Fladder LS
A Circular system which provides a stable structure, and the modules can be placed anywhere within the circular body. As a result, the modules can be positioned in the best possible position and angle to the workpieces.
We have two motors with counter rotating spindles in every module we put into the sections. For placing the module towards the work parts, the motors are positioned on a guide with a sensor.

Ideal for finishing workpieces that are often difficult to hold while finishing.

FLADDER® 300/GYRO Highspeed has been tuned for edge deburring with significantly greater rounding than previously seen.
